What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Run the assessments and build each kid's treatment plan yourself.
- Supervise and coach your behavior techs, and keep an eye on how well the plan is being run.
- Track progress and adjust programs when the data says so.
- Work with families, teachers and the speech, OT and feeding team on each case.
- Help with program development, and lead trainings or a specialty program if you want to.

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — 7–8 kids, a mix of full-time and part-time clients
- Billable hour expectations — 28–30 hours a week, counted monthly, with assessments, reassessments and parent training included
- Support structure — Monthly BCBA meetings for case consultation and mentorship, peer reviews, quarterly learning summits, and bi-weekly 1:1s if you're newly certified. An admin team handles insurance, paperwork and scheduling.

Compensation & Perks(real ones)
Base salary
$60,000–$90,000 a year, based on experience
Bonus
After your first 90 days, a productivity bonus of $25 for each billable hour above your weekly expectation (up to 20 bonus hours a month, paid quarterly), plus a quarterly quality bonus of up to $1,500 for on-time notes, protocol modification (97155) and caregiver training (97156)

15 days (2 weeks up front, then accrual)
