What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Provide direct ABA services to clients in school settings and conduct initial and six-month reassessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and design and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and support RBTs providing in-home ABA services, including protocol modification and ongoing clinical guidance
  • Provide caregiver training and build collaborative relationships with families, school personnel, and other providers
  • Help families navigate military-related transitions, changes in routines, and other circumstances unique to military life
  • Manage assigned cases including documentation, compliance with TRICARE requirements, and coordination with the administrative team

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size: Typically fewer than 6 clients (based on client needs and service requirements)
  • Billable hour expectations: 25 billable hours per week
  • Support structure:
  • Structured BCBA-level onboarding covering assessments, family communication, insurance requirements, documentation, and best practices
  • Weekly leadership touchpoints during initial transition, fading to no less than monthly based on individual needs
  • Reports directly to the Clinical Director (who reports to the Chief Clinical Officer) for clinical mentorship and support
  • Administrative coordinator handles intake, documentation, scheduling, and insurance/authorization communication

Compensation
$87k–$105k

  • Base salary: $87,000–$105,000 per year
  • Bonus structure: None currently
  • PTO: 15 days per year (flexible — use when desired; covers time that would otherwise be holidays)

  • CEU support: Continuing education opportunities to support ongoing professional development
  • Supervision/mentorship: Structured onboarding with weekly leadership touchpoints fading to monthly; direct mentorship from the Chief Clinical Officer; no billing-tied supervision
  • Schedule / remote: Flexible scheduling based on client needs, school agreements, and BCBA preferences; fully in-person with occasional telehealth for parent training and remote report writing for assessments
  • Additional perks: Drive-time reimbursement for eligible travel; paid onboarding/training; growth pathway to Clinical Director and Regional Clinical Director; clinical autonomy with quality-over-productivity expectations; quarterly team outings; opportunity to build local clinical team
