For BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs. Chat with Pair, answer a few questions about your ABA work, and download your resume as a PDF.
Start one of three ways. Upload the resume you have, as a PDF or a photo, and Pair asks only what’s missing. Build from scratch, one question at a time. Or use your AI: copy Pair’s prompt into the AI assistant you already use and paste its answer back.
We studied thousands of resumes, including the ones that got ABA candidates placed. Those resumes share a pattern: credentials with numbers near the top, the setting and caseload for each job, assessments named outright, caregiver training, fidelity, IOA and data language, and 4 to 8 bullets per job. The questions follow that pattern.
Your Pair matchmaker gets the same version of your resume that you download.
Yes. There’s no account to make and nothing to pay. Clinics pay Pair; candidates never do.
A few minutes and your work history. A resume PDF or a photo of one makes it faster, but you can start with nothing. If you’re certified, have your BACB number handy.
No. Pair reads your PDF or photo in your browser, and the file itself is never uploaded. Only your final resume and your answers are sent to Pair.
Yes. On your finished resume, tap Edit, change any line and download a new PDF. While the page stays open, your matchmaker gets your changes too. After you close it, upload the PDF you downloaded to start a new version from it.
Pair’s matchmakers. They use it to match you with ABA clinics that pass the Pair Green Flag Assessment. It isn’t posted publicly.
Yes. You pick your role at the start (RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, clinical leadership, or studying for the exam), and the questions follow from it.
Yes. Add each RBT job as its own role, with its setting and caseload, including where you did your fieldwork, and put your supervised hours in a bullet in your own words. Still accruing hours or waiting on the exam? Pick “RBT · accruing hours” or “Studying for the exam”: Pair asks for your projected exam date and suggests a supervised fieldwork line. Once you’re certified, your BACB number goes near the top.
