What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress
  • Train, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure meaningful progress

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — Typically 7–12 clients depending on client needs and treatment intensity
  • Billable hour expectations — Standard expectation of 25 billable hours per week, with flexibility for newer clinicians when appropriate
