What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Provide hybrid supervision (a combination of in-person and remote, based on clinical and client needs) across home, community, and school settings
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs with an emphasis on ethical, compassionate, and effective care
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and modify programming
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential or group home staff to support generalization of skills
  • Work within a supportive team environment focused on evidence-based, client-centered ABA

Base salary
$90,000–$115,000/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
