What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Own clinical quality and outcomes for the whole center.
  • Lead, mentor and grow the center's BCBAs, BCaBAs and RBTs.
  • Keep a small caseload so you stay close to the kids and families.
  • Give final sign-off on treatment plans before they go to payers.
  • Partner with operations and intake on onboarding, transitions and center metrics.

  • Caseload size — Small caseload alongside leading the center
  • Billable hour expectations — 10 hours per week of clinical productivity
  • Onboarding — A 4-week Clinical Director cohort when you start, then ongoing mentorship
  • Clinical support — Five clinical committees and advisory boards, Grand Rounds, and an annual clinical conference
  • RBT quality — 92% of behavior techs here pass the RBT exam on the first try

Base salary
$95,000–$102,000 a year
Bonus
$7,000–$18,000 a year, paid monthly
Sign-on bonus
$5,000–$20,000 (depends on start date and location)
Total compensation
up to $120,000 a year
