What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Oversee a small caseload of clients while delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to experienced RBTs (all RBTs are already certified)
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and participate in BCBA roundtables and 1:1 support
  • Maintain flexibility in service delivery (clinic, occasional home/school support depending on family needs)
  • Partner with families and help coordinate additional therapies (OT, PT, SLP) when needed

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — ~7–9 clients per BCBA (kept intentionally small for quality care)
  • Billable hour expectations — ~24–25 hours/week on average, but flexible based on context (assessments, IEP meetings, etc.)

  • No overtime culture — focus on manageable caseloads and quality work

Base salary
$80K–$105K (based on experience)
Bonus structure
Up to $10K (based on role, experience, and performance)
