What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Write function-based treatment plans for kids with aggression, self-injury, elopement, pica and other high-risk behavior.
  • Work with higher staff-to-client ratios and advanced safety protocols.
  • Talk cases through with a team trained specifically in severe behavior.
  • Bring caregivers into treatment so progress holds up at home.

Base salary
$85,000–$96,000 a year
Bonus
$7,000–$18,000 a year, paid monthly
Sign-on bonus
$5,000–$20,000 (depends on start date and location)
