What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Provide ABA services in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings based on individual needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment plans using ongoing data and client progress.
- Train and support caregivers, staff, and other members of the treatment team in carrying out behavior strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions and measure meaningful outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in CentralReach while maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Compensation & Perks(real ones)
Hourly compensation
$80–$110 per hour, based on experience
Salaried compensation
$90,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience
