What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Lead the clinical operations of the ABA center, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and data-driven services for every client.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and clinical training.
  • Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and client outcomes to ensure clinical excellence.
  • Partner with operations, scheduling, HR, and quality assurance teams to support staffing, compliance, program growth, and day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Serve as a resource for families by supporting client onboarding, addressing escalated concerns, and promoting family-centered care.
  • Help shape the future of the organization by contributing to strategic initiatives, policy development, recruitment, and expansion efforts.
