What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans for children in a small group ABA classroom setting
  • Implement and supervise the daily group classroom schedule; provide clinical oversight to Group Instructors within the classroom
  • Administer and interpret skills assessments (PEAK, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Denver Model) and complete daily data collection
  • Maintain documentation for every billable contact and prepare professionally written progress summaries
  • Attend individual and group supervision; participate in interagency treatment plan meetings as needed

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — Small group classroom; 9 members to one classroom
  • Billable hour expectations — Part-time, minimum 2 days per week within the IBHS group setting; full time (4 days per week) options; eligible for additional hours in the IBHS ABA setting

Support Structure

  • Reports to Clinical Specialist of IBHS Group Services with individual and group supervision provided
  • BCBAs supported by all leadership staff and fellow BCBAs, with accessible clinical consultation
  • Flexible supervision scheduling
  • Opportunities to supervise others seeking certification

Base salary
$37–$45/hr
Bonus structure
Performance bonuses paid twice per year, plus annual raises
PTO
15+ days for full time; part time not eligible for paid time off
