What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Provide clinical direction of ABA services and develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs) for children, youth, and young adults
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), administer skills assessments (PEAK, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Denver Model), and design non-aversive behavior intervention programs
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data; maintain progress notes and prepare professional documentation for every billable contact
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) at intervention locations
  • Participate in interagency treatment plan meetings and collaborate with families, schools, and community agencies to support integration and skill generalization

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — 11–12 clients
  • Billable hour expectations — 24–25 hours per week

Support Structure

  • BCBAs are supported by all leadership staff and fellow BCBAs, with accessible clinical consultation
  • Quarterly group supervision scheduled by supervisor; flexible individual supervision scheduling
  • Opportunities to supervise others seeking BCBA certification and grow into clinical leadership roles
  • Leadership team meets regularly to discuss program progress, growth areas, and staff concerns

Base salary
$37–$45/hr; full-time salaried positions available at $70K+
