What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress
- Train, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure meaningful progress

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — Typically 7–12 clients depending on client needs and treatment intensity
- Billable hour expectations — Standard expectation of 25 billable hours per week, with flexibility for newer clinicians when appropriate

Base salary
$95,000–$110,000
