What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Provide in-home ABA services while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and RBTs to ensure meaningful client progress.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs using evidence-based ABA practices.
  • Partner with schools when appropriate, with opportunities to support school-based clients if that aligns with your interests.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Clinical Director through ongoing training, case consultation, and clinical support.
  • Help support the company's continued growth, including the opportunity to help establish future clinic locations for clinicians interested in leadership.

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — Typically 5–6 clients
  • Billable hour expectations — Approximately 26–27.5 hours per week

Base salary
Approximately $114,000 annually for full-time BCBAs (or $70-100/hour for part-time opportunities)
