What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Lead the clinical operations of a center-based ABA clinic, overseeing service quality, programming, and client outcomes
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians while supporting their professional growth
- Partner with clinic operations leadership to manage staffing, scheduling, and clinic performance
- Support families through parent training, escalated concerns, and clinical consultation
- Maintain a small clinical caseload while serving as the primary clinical leader for the center

- Caseload size — Small caseload maintained alongside leadership responsibilities
- Billable hour expectations — 12-15 hours

Base salary
$105,000–$115,000
