What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Provide high-quality ABA services across in-home and community settings for children ages 2–11
- Manage a full-time caseload of approximately 7–8 clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans that are client-inspired, parent-guided, and clinically informed
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Director for ongoing training, support, and clinical problem solving
- Build strong, transparent relationships with families through a whole-person, family-centered approach to care

- Caseload size — 7–8 clients
- Billable hour expectations — Minimum of 25 billable hours per week

Base salary
$95,000–$110,000
