What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide parent and caregiver training
  • Analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Complete clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

  • Billable hour expectations — 25 hours per week

  • Layered clinical leadership including Clinical Directors, Regional Clinical Directors, and Director of Clinical Services
  • Family-owned organization with accessible, engaged executive leadership

  • Greater clinical autonomy and schedule input as the clinic aims to have this model fully in place by the new year

Compensation & Perks(real ones)

Base salary
$80,000–$90,000 annually (full-time salaried; not hourly)

Bonus structure

  • Monthly clinical performance bonus of up to $1,000 (up to $12,000 a year), based on supervision, documentation, parent training, and caseload management — not extra billable hours
  • Total potential compensation about $92,000–$102,000 a year when the full bonus is earned
  • PTO — 120 hours of combined vacation and sick PTO annually to start, increasing with tenure; paid company holidays
  • Health benefits — Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, and 401(k)

CEU support

  • Continuing education support
  • Ongoing internal professional development including clinical in-services and CEU-eligible learning events

Supervision/mentorship provided

  • Ongoing mentorship and clinical consultation through layered leadership
  • Supervision scheduling emphasizes clinical quality over billing pressure
  • No billing-tied supervision
  • Schedule flexibility — Monday–Friday center-based clinical work (direct care, supervision, and supporting your team). Eligible non-billable work can be completed from home. This is not a fully remote clinical role.
