What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- This is a daytime BCBA role in the clinic. Full-time and part-time options are both open.
- Full-time hours: 8:30–4:30 OR 12–8, Monday through Friday. Caseload about 200 of 97153 hours / roughly 10 cases.
- Part-time hours: 12–8, Monday through Thursday. Caseload about 100 of 97153 hours / roughly 6 cases.
- Supervise your caseload and keep treatment on track: assessments, reauthorization reports and data-driven program changes.
- Train caregivers and support families. Plan on at least 1 hour of caregiver training per client each month.
- Complete clinical documentation on the day of service, ideally within the scheduled session.
- Train and support the BTs/RBTs on your cases, including their RBT competency assessments.
- Work with your Clinical Manager and Operations Manager on clinical quality, scheduling and staffing.

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — Full-time about 10 cases (~200 of 97153 hours); part-time about 6 cases (~100 of 97153 hours)
- Billable hour expectations — 65% of total time worked
Support Structure
- BCBA-led all the way up. BCBAs report to a Clinical Manager, Clinical Managers report to a Clinical Director, and Clinical Directors report to the COO/CCO.
- Each clinic has an Operations Manager for scheduling and clinic operations.
- A back-office team handles authorizations, credentialing and billing, so you can stay on clinical work.
- RBTs go through a structured 3-week training program before they join your cases.
- Supervision — Your Clinical Manager and Clinical Director give ongoing clinical support. Supervision expectations follow CASP guidelines and are not tied to billing.

Compensation & Perks(real ones)
Pay
Split hourly pay, starting around $60 an hour for billable time and $30 an hour for non-billable time (same for full-time and part-time)
Benefits
Part-time does not include the benefits package (performance bonus, PTO and health benefits). Full-time includes the clinic's standard full-time benefits package.
CEU support
The clinic is an ACE-approved CEU provider and runs monthly internal CEUs for all staff.
Schedule / remote
Daytime, in the clinic. Full-time: 8:30–4:30 or 12–8 Monday–Friday. Part-time: 12–8 Monday–Thursday.
