What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Carry a small caseload of 5–6 clients at the center
- Supervise and support the BTs and RBTs working with your clients
- Collaborate with other BCBAs every day
- Join weekly BCBA meetings and mentorship

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — 5–6 clients
- Billable hour expectations — 28 a week
- Support structure — A supervisor is on site at all times, with daily BCBA collaboration, weekly meetings and mentorship. Clinical and operations leadership are BCBAs with 15 years in the field each, and they keep communication open
- Schedule — 35-hour week. The center runs 8:30–4:30 (some sites 8:30–3:30), so no evenings. Because your week is shorter than the center's hours, you'll have some opening days and some closing days. Work from home is available when staffing permits, typically once a week. The center closes from Christmas Eve through January 2

Base salary
$80,000–$100,000 a year, based on experience
Bonus
$65 for every hour you bill over your weekly target, so you can build your own salary on top of base

Multiple weeks of PTO, accrued as if you worked 40 hours (on a 35-hour week)
