What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Oversee a home-based caseload of about 5–6 clients
- Supervise and support the BTs and RBTs on your cases (roughly 110–125 BT hours a week)
- Split your time between in-person sessions and work-from-home time

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — About 5–6 cases on average, based on the BT hours under you (typically 110–125)
- Billable hour expectations — 27 a week
- Support structure — Clinical and operations leadership are BCBAs with 15 years in the field each, and they keep communication open
- Schedule — 35-hour week. Once you're onboarded and credentialed, you build and control your own schedule. Services end by 5:30 PM, so no late evenings

Base salary
Starting at $82,000 a year, going up with experience
Bonus
$65 for every hour you bill over your weekly target, so you can build your own salary on top of base
PTO
Multiple weeks of PTO, accrued as if you worked 40 hours (on a 35-hour week)
