What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
- Provide direct clinical oversight of ABA treatment and supervise RBTs and ABA Technicians
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing progress
- Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral services and provide parent and caregiver training across settings
- Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — 7–10 clients
- Billable hour expectations — 24–25 hours per week
Support Structure
- Clinical mentorship provided
- BCBAs report to the Medical Director (MD, MEd) and clinical psychologist, as well as their BCBA manager
- 2-week onboarding: first week 40-hour training, second week mentorship with BCBA support and in-person observations

Base salary
$80,000–$120,000, based on experience

Performance-based and billable-hours bonuses
