What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Run assessments and build each client's treatment plan.
  • Supervise the clinical work and change protocols when needed.
  • Train, coach and grow your RBTs.
  • Train parents and caregivers, and keep them in the loop.
  • Watch progress and adjust treatment when the data calls for it.
  • Work with clinical leadership and outside providers, and keep documentation timely and accurate.
  • Help build a team culture centered on clinical quality and teamwork.

Base salary
$60,000–$95,000 a year, depending on experience
