Compensation & Perks(real ones)

Compensation
$80–$85/hr
  • Hourly Rate: $80-85 per hour to start. BCBAs start hourly, and salary is on the table if you want to build up a larger caseload
  • Sign-on bonus: $1000
  • PTO: accrues based on hours worked
