What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Build individualized treatment plans for your own caseload and keep them current.
  • Supervise and coach your RBTs so the plan on paper is the plan in the room.
  • Run assessments, read the data, and adjust programs as kids make progress.
  • Work side by side with families and the rest of each child's care team.
  • Make real clinical calls, with experienced clinical leadership there when you want a second opinion.

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — Varies with funder mix; target is about 280 direct RBT hours a week
  • Billable hour expectations — 28 hours per week of clinical productivity

That 28 includes the non-billable work that's clinically needed, not just billed sessions.

  • Clinical support — Five clinical committees and advisory boards, Grand Rounds, and an annual clinical conference
  • RBT quality — 92% of behavior techs here pass the RBT exam on the first try

$85,000–$95,000 a year
Bonus
$7,000–$18,000 a year, paid monthly

$5,000–$20,000 (depends on start date and location)
