What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Lead the clinical team at the Orange Park center - behavior technicians and supervising clinicians
  • Build individualized intervention plans and oversee treatment planning across the center's caseload
  • Work directly with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy
  • Develop your team through supervision and mentorship, including RBT growth along a defined career path
  • Make the clinical calls - your judgment is trusted and your voice is heard

  • Clinical support: standing clinical committees and advisory boards, regular Grand Rounds, an annual clinical conference, and clinical outcomes published quarterly
  • RBT quality: first-time BACB exam pass rates well above the national average, through an accredited in-house training system
  • Tenure and advancement: a defined path from Clinical Supervisor to Center Director, average BCBA tenure several times the industry norm, and a large share of Center Directors promoted from within

  • Base salary: not broken out — the posting states total annual compensation of up to $113,000
