What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and other clinical team members
  • Monitor patient progress and treatment integrity through direct observation and data analysis
  • Modify treatment protocols in response to patient performance and clinical needs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary providers on treatment planning and caregiver training
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation in compliance with BACB ethical requirements and payer standard

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)

  • Caseload size — varies based on client needs (7-8 max)
  • Billable hour expectations — 28-30 hours

Support Structure

  • Collaborative BCBA meetings for mentorship and case consultation
  • Monthly peer reviews and case consultation opportunities
  • Administrative department to manage scheduling and documentation burdens
  • Quarterly learning summits and clinical training events

Base salary
$60-90K (dependent on level of experience)
