What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Give on-site clinical support and oversight across several Central Florida centers (this is not a single-caseload job).
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Help cover caseloads and transitions between centers when the region needs it.
  • Use your remote days for documentation, data review and planning.

$85,000–$92,000 a year
Bonus
$7,000–$16,000 a year, paid monthly
