What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Design and oversee ABA programming, including behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition goals, and treatment plans for learners with complex needs
  • Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, etc.) and write detailed clinical reports and recommendations
  • Supervise and train RBTs/clinical staff, ensuring high treatment integrity and strong team performance
  • Provide direct clinical and crisis support, including physical intervention when necessary
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Speech, OT, Special Education Coordinator) and support IEP development with school districts and familie
