Remote, mostly from home, with occasional in-state travel to see clients in person

What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Manage a caseload of 8–10 clients in in-home ABA programs for kids and families
- Run assessments and write treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs
- Coach parents and caregivers
- Review data, adjust programs, and keep reports and reauthorizations on schedule
- Grow into a Lead BCBA role over time, mentoring clinicians and helping shape programs

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — 8–10 clients
- Billable hour expectations — 26 a week, looked at as an average over several weeks. One lighter week isn't a problem, and nobody is chasing you hour by hour
- Support structure — A remote clinical leadership team that works the same way you will, and caseloads grouped by area where possible
- Schedule — Full-time, mostly remote, with a flexible schedule

Base salary
$90,000–$110,000 a year, based on experience
Bonus
$50 for every billable hour over the requirement

10 days in your first year (starting after 90 days), plus 2 more days each year, up to about 15

You’d Be a Great Fit If You…quick vibe check ✅
- Hold an active BCBA certification
- Hold an Arizona Behavior Analyst license, or can get one before you start
- Have a valid driver's license
