What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with speech, OT, ABA, psychology, and medical services
- Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based, child-led form of therapy
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate changes to team members and families
- Partner with families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support
- Collaborate as part of an integrated care team including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists

Caseload & Support Transparency(because details matter)
- Caseload size — 7–9 clients
- Billable hour expectations — 28.75 or 30 hours per week
Support Structure
- Bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with both your Center Operations Director and Clinical Director
- Weekly Multidisciplinary Care Meetings to address barriers and coordinate across the full clinical team
- Clinical Directors available to overlap with clients and provide in-the-moment support
- Administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, intake) handled by specialized teams so BCBAs can focus on clinical work
- Deep onboarding and ongoing training in ESDM-based care model

Base salary
$86,000–$113,500/year
Bonus structure
- Semi-annual performance-based raises tied to ESDM fidelity scores and billable targets; annual performance bonuspotential
