What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Manage a caseload of children with autism, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs on your caseload
  • Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions as part of the treatment model
  • Collaborate in clinical meetings, team huddles, and maintain documentation in compliance with BACB and company standards
  • Work within a clinician-led organization guided by core values of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

  • Caseload size — 7–8 clients
  • Billable hour expectations — 26–27.5 hours per week

  • Clinician-led leadership team described as responsive and accessible

Base salary
$90,000–$105,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonus structure
$30,000 sign-on bonus paid annually over 3 years; performance bonus available for exceeding billable expectations
