What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services within a true multidisciplinary model, collaborating daily with OT, PT, Speech, and academic instructors
  • Manage a low caseload of 6–7 clients (8 max) with a billable baseline of just 25 hours/week, including case management, therapy, and treatment planning
  • Build strong parent relationships and contribute to child-specific treatment planning — no templated or “fast-food style” programs
  • Participate in programs ranging from early intervention (18 months+) to school-age (up to ~14 years), including opportunities within the innovative Academy academic-enrichment model
  • Work within a nonprofit organization prioritizing collaboration, professional development, and quality over volume
  • Take part in a structured leadership pathway, with opportunities to grow into Clinical Director roles through programs like the Manager Development Program
