What You’ll Actually Be Doing(aka no surprises later)

  • Support clinical work across two West Valley centers, Avondale and Surprise.
  • Lead and coach the behavior technicians on your teams.
  • Build individualized treatment plans and keep them on track.
  • Work closely with families and the other clinicians at both centers.

  • Clinical support — Five clinical committees and advisory boards, Grand Rounds, and an annual clinical conference
  • RBT quality — 92% of behavior techs here pass the RBT exam on the first try

Compensation & Perks(real ones)

Base salary
$97,000–$107,000 a year
Bonus
$7,000–$18,000 a year, paid monthly
Sign-on bonus
$5,000–$20,000 (depends on start date and location)
Total compensation
up to $125,000 a year
