Role Overview


The BCBA Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight for adult-focused ABA services, supporting neurodivergent adults across community-based, vocational, and life-skills settings. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who values ethical, affirming care and enjoys mentoring clinicians while shaping high-quality adult programming.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical services for adult populations

• Ensure ethical, assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practices

• Supervise and mentor BCBAs and clinical staff

• Provide consultation on complex adult cases

• Monitor clinical quality, data integrity, and treatment outcomes

• Support program development, training, and quality improvement

• Collaborate with leadership, staff, families, and community partners


Qualifications

• BCBA certification (active, in good standing)

• State license (or ability to obtain)

5+ years clinical experience; adult experience strongly preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and mentorship skills

• Commitment to ethical, person-centered adult services


Salary
