What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
This is a leadership role. You’ll be actively involved with your learners, lead and mentor your RBT team, collaborate with families and fellow BCBAs, and help shape high-quality clinical care.
- Clinical Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, teach, and mentor your RBT and direct-care team.
- Provide in-person, hands-on supervision, modeling, coaching, and real-time feedback.
- Support RBT development through ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Conduct observations and provide meaningful clinical feedback—not just supervision for compliance.
- Collaborate with the BCBA team on cases, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Assessment & Treatment Planning
- Conduct assessments and use data to make thoughtful, clinically sound decisions.
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment programs based on each learner's needs, strengths, goals, and family priorities.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when clinically appropriate.
- Develop function-based behavior support strategies.
- Design and oversee skill-acquisition programs targeting meaningful communication, social, adaptive, academic, and daily-living skills.
- Learner Progress & Clinical Outcomes
- Monitor learner progress and analyze data regularly.
- Make clinically appropriate treatment adjustments based on assessment results and ongoing data.

- Advocate for ethical, individualized, learner-first care.
- Family & Team Collaboration
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with families and caregivers.
- Provide caregiver training, coaching, and support.
- Collaborate closely with RBTs, BCBAs, administrative staff, and other members of the learner's support team.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
- Communicate openly and respectfully with the people involved in each learner's care.
- Documentation & Professional Practice
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Follow BACB ethical standards, applicable laws, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
- Practice within your professional competence and advocate for clinically appropriate services.
- Contribute to a team culture where learners, families, RBTs, and clinicians feel supported, respected, and valued.
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 8-10 learners
Billable hour expectations: 27 hours per week
Support Structure:
The organizational structure is designed to ensure clear communication, clinical oversight, and high-quality care for our clients.
- Clinical Director – Provides overall leadership for clinical operations, sets treatment standards, and oversees all teams to ensure services align with our mission and ethical guidelines.
- BCBA Team – Board Certified Behavior Analysts who develop, supervise, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients. They provide guidance and oversight to the supervisee and RBT teams.
- Supervisee Team – Includes graduate students or staff under BCBA supervision who are actively learning and gaining experience in ABA practice. They implement treatment under BCBA guidance and participate in professional development.
- Trainer Team – Experienced staff who provide training and support to RBTs and new team members to maintain clinical fidelity and professional growth.
- RBT Team – Registered Behavior Technicians who implement behavior intervention plans directly with clients, collecting data and delivering high-quality ABA services.
- The Administration Team serves as a support role for all clinical teams, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and operational tasks. They work under the direction of the Clinical Director to ensure smooth operations and support the mission.
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $90,000+
Bonus structure: In addition to base salary, BCBA's are eligible to earn a monthly bonus of $545.00, paid monthly. Eligibility for the bonus is contingent upon meeting the productivity expectations.
PTO: 80 hours to start

CEU support: 1k CEU stipend per year plus other event sponsored by the company as they come up
Supervision/mentorship provided: yes, the owner has been in the field for 25 years.14 as a BCBA. Mentorship is highly valued here.
