Why This Is a Green-Flag Clinic
This organization meets our standards in:
- Therapist-owned and operated leadership — clinical decisions are made by practitioners, not administrators
- Transdisciplinary care model with on-site SLPs and OTs who actively collaborate with the ABA team
- Strong, experienced RBT staff with lead RBTs handling training, scheduling, and audits
- Robust administrative support structure that protects BCBA clinical time
- Meaningful engagement culture with consistent recognition, events, and incentive programs
We don't certify everyone, and we definitely don't promote clinics we wouldn't work at ourselves.
