Why This Is a Green-Flag Clinic

This organization meets our standards in:

  • Therapist-owned and operated leadership — clinical decisions are made by practitioners, not administrators
  • Transdisciplinary care model with on-site SLPs and OTs who actively collaborate with the ABA team
  • Strong, experienced RBT staff with lead RBTs handling training, scheduling, and audits
  • Robust administrative support structure that protects BCBA clinical time
  • Meaningful engagement culture with consistent recognition, events, and incentive programs

We don't certify everyone, and we definitely don't promote clinics we wouldn't work at ourselves.

You'd Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a credentialed BCBA
  • Care deeply about ethical, high-quality ABA
  • Thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment alongside SLPs and OTs
  • Value working in a therapist-owned clinic where clinical expertise is respected
  • Want strong RBT support and a structured team around you
  • Are interested in growing into a leadership or Co-Director role over time
