Population Served: Children and adolescents (early intervention, feeding therapy, social-support services for teens and young adults)

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and other clinical team members
- Monitor patient progress and treatment integrity through direct observation and data analysis
- Modify treatment protocols in response to patient performance and clinical needs
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary providers on treatment planning and caregiver training
- Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation in compliance with BACB ethical requirements and payer standard
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: varies based on client needs (7-8 max)
Billable hour expectations: 28-30 hours
Support Structure:
- Collaborative BCBA meetings for mentorship and case consultation
- Monthly peer reviews and case consultation opportunities
- Administrative department to manage scheduling and documentation burdens
- Quarterly learning summits and clinical training events
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $60-90K (dependent on level of experience)
Bonus structure:
