What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Analyze client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 9–10 clients (center-based, consistent caseload)
Billable hour expectations: 24–25 hours per week
Support Structure:
- Layered clinical leadership including Clinical Directors, Regional Clinical Directors, and Director of Clinical Services
- Family-owned organization with accessible, engaged executive leadership
- Strong operational support to reduce administrative burden so clinicians can focus on clinical quality
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually (salary model) or $77–$87 per billable hour (hourly model), based on experience
Bonus structure:
- Sign-on bonus opportunities available for select roles and locations
- Performance-based earnings depending on compensation model
PTO:
- Salary compensation model, employees receive 120 hours of PTO annually, prorated during the first year.
- Hourly compensation model, employees can accrue up to 120 hours of PTO per calendar year at a rate of 1 hour for every 17.33 hours worked.

- $200 annual CEU reimbursement stipend
