Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Population Served: 2.5-7 year olds

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm


What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs across center, home, school, and community settings
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments, analyze client progress data, and modify programming based on objective outcomes
  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct parent training sessions, communicate with families regarding treatment progress, and collaborate on treatment goals
  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, and authorization reports within required timelines
  • Participate in bi-weekly BCBA collaboration meetings, case consultation meetings, and ongoing peer learning discussions
  • Support quality assurance initiatives, competency assessments, and clinical audits in a team-oriented, ethics-first environment


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 11–12 clients within a 3-tier model

Billable hour expectations: 120 hours per month (direct and indirect combined)

Support Structure:

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with the Clinical Director for caseload management and professional development
  • Two monthly BCBA collaboration meetings with rotating case presentations, research discussions, and peer learning
  • Monthly case consultation meetings with Clinical Director and Executive Director for individualized clinical support
  • Active BCBA communication channel for real-time collaboration, problem-solving, and resource sharing
  • Dedicated administrative staff managing scheduling, authorizations, billing, and intake — clinicians focus on clinical work
  • Comprehensive 40-hour RBT training program with 7-stage field-based competency model led by a dedicated BCBA Trainer


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $78,000–$90,000

Bonus structure: Performance-based compensation adjustments; annual reviews with advancement tied to experience, leadership, and professional development

PTO: 15+ days

Paid Holidays:

  • Yes which includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day;
  • Receive an additional 40 hours of Optional Holiday Time each year, which can be used on any day of your choosing. This time is fully paid as long as monthly billable expectations are met.

CEU support: Monthly Verbal Beginnings CEU (free, in-house) + $150 annual CEU reimbursement for conferences and approved trainings

Supervision/mentorship provided: Bi-weekly 1:1 with Clinical Director, monthly case consultations, peer collaboration meetings, and open-door leadership access; no billing-tied supervision

Schedule flexibility / remote options: 2 work from home days per month
