Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior analysis support plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
  • Provide behavior plan training and supervision to therapists and caregivers during 1:1 ABA sessions and off-site meetings
  • Complete caregiver proficiency checks and provide feedback on behavior plan implementation
  • Complete data reports, data analysis, and monitor client outcomes; make treatment recommendations for ABA services
  • Provide overall case management across a multi-setting caseload
  • Work within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization that emphasizes ethical care, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships with clients and families


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: Typically 7–8 clients

Billable hour expectations: 30 hours per week (full-time)

Support Structure:

  • BCBA Coaching Program for newly certified and developing BCBAs — focused on clinical confidence, leadership skills, and case management expertise
  • Behavioral Progression Trainer (BPT) Program providing mentorship, individualized training, goal setting, and resources for new BCBA/BCaBAs
  • Clinical consultation and case review access through experienced Clinical Directors and Quality Assurance team
  • Centralized administrative departments (intake, billing, scheduling, credentialing, HR) so clinicians can focus on client care
  • Open-door leadership approach with regular supervision, 1:1 meetings, and collaborative problem-solving


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $48–$55 per hour

Bonus structure: Referral bonuses for referring new team members

PTO: 10–14 days
