What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

* Manage a caseload of children with autism, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

* Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BTs on your caseload

* Lead caregiver training and parent support sessions as part of the treatment model

* Collaborate in clinical meetings, team huddles, and maintain documentation in compliance with BACB and company standards

* Work within a clinician-led organization guided by core values of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 7–8 clients

Billable hour expectations: 26–27.5 hours per week

Support Structure:

* Clinician-led leadership team described as responsive and accessible

* Ongoing professional development and free CEU support

* Tools and technology provided to support clinical work

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually (based on experience)

Bonus structure: $30,000 sign-on bonus paid annually over 3 years; performance bonus available for exceeding billable expectations

PTO: 10 days
