Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Setting: Center-Based
Population Served: 2-12 years
Years in Operation: Founded in 2020
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
• Conduct initial assessments, re-evaluations, and write comprehensive clinical reports
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals tailored to each child's needs
• Manage a full caseload with individualized programming and ensure timely documentation and billing
• Train and support caregivers with regular updates and practical guidance
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and cross-functional leadership in a multi-layered support structure
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 6-9 clients (280 max authorized hours on caseload)
Billable hour expectations: 28–29 hours per week
Support Structure:
• Dedicated Clinical Director always on site
• Senior Clinical Director and Executive Clinical Director available for additional mentorship and hands-on guidance across all centers
• Operations Manager at each center handles all client and technician scheduling — BCBAs focus on clinical care
• Comprehensive two-week RBT training program led by Clinical Training Coordinator
• Open-door policy across all levels of leadership
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year
Bonus structure:
- Experience-based starting salary with built-in tenure raises every six months
- Performance bonus begins at 30 billable hours/week
- Weekly bonus opportunities

Supervision/mentorship provided:

Schedule flexibility / remote options:
- Mostly in-person with some remote days
- Half-day remote option available
- BCBAs manage their own schedules as long as billable expectations are met
