Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Setting: Home-Based, Community, and School-Based (Hybrid)
Population Served: 2-21 years old (average 2-12)

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
* Provide hybrid supervision (a combination of in-person and remote, based on clinical and client needs) across home, community, and school settings
* Supervise and mentor RBTs with an emphasis on ethical, compassionate, and effective care
* Conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and modify programming
* Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential or group home staff to support generalization of skills
* Work within a supportive team environment focused on evidence-based, client-centered ABA
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: Varies dependent on client need
Billable hour expectations: minimum 25 hours per week

Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $90,000–$115,000/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
PTO: 10 days + 6 paid holidays

Supervision/mentorship provided: Robust clinical support system including three dedicated Clinical Directors (Ethics, Assessments, and Clinical Services), weekly open office hours, bi-weekly BCBA collaboration meetings, and Lead BCBAs available for day-to-day clinical guidance and quick questions.
Schedule flexibility / remote options: Hybrid — combination of in-person and remote supervision based on clinical and client needs; flexible scheduling options available
